Starting the 24’th of October, Kari Heino is working as Audio Engineer at Svenska Handelsbanken’s daily financial talk show. The episodes are recorded in the brand new studio, which has been custom built from scratch for the show. After post-production the episodes are published as clips on tv.handelsbanken.se, which are even smartphone (ie. iPhone/iPad) compatible.

Every friday there’s also a long interview with a special celebrity guest.

Upright Sounds is from the 7’th of September to the 12’th of October involved in the production of the skit/comedy show “Partaj” at Filmhuset‘s Studio 1.

Kari Heino is on location in the studio as Assisting Audio Engineer alongside Ronny Cohen (Mixer) and Ajax Olsson (PA).

Fun times ahead, with lots of laughs, pranks and sometimes a bit too vulgar jokes!

Yet again it’s time for Kristallen, the annual official Swedish TV-awards. And for the third year in a row, Kari is on location in charge of the preparation, Pro Tools editing and playback of all the music elements for the gala including singback tracks for the performing artists. This year using Mediatec Broadcast’s HD1 30 Camera OB-truck.

Kristallen 2011, is taking place at Stockholm International Fairs tonight at 20:00 CET.

Today was an unrealistic day! Waking up not knowing anything more than that Kari was going to work on “Skavlan“, a popular Swedish-Norwegian talk show, Kari arrived at SVT Studio 2 on a Thursday morning finding out that today they were going to get to meet Foo Fighters in person!

It was a long day of setting up with Foo Fighters’ technical crew, and the amount of gear they had was a bit insane (at least for a regular Swede)! Then followed the sound check, rehearsals and recording of the talk show with Foo Fighters’ live performance, which was to be aired the next day (Friday the 4th of March at 9pm on SVT1). And for Kari’s part as Assisting Audio Engineer – micing up Dave Grohl for the interview was surreal! Not to mention having a regular Swedish “fika” with the band backstage during the break. And after the show Dave took Kari to the upstairs dressing room and made sure everyone in the band signed their autographs.

For all the ice hockey fans in Sweden, TV4 Sport has recently started a new weekly show immersing into the top division of Swedish ice hockey called “Elitserien”. Peter Jihde, a well known sports presenter, also the presenter of the Swedish “Idol”, is leading a team of experts in passionate discussions analyzing the past week’s matches and standings. And Kari is of course happy to be behind the cameras in the studio as Assisting Audio Engineer.
